They emailed a shipping label and my diagnostic set was in the mail to them. Within 48 hours I had a quote for what my set was worth. I accepted and within 24 hours the money was in my PayPal account. Admittedly, I had some confusion about the transaction, in which I accused them of not paying me. (It was my fault as I couldn’t find the transaction in my account.) The customer service department was always calm and professional in dealing with me even to the point of calling me personally to rectify the situation. They went above and beyond what a company would normally do for a customer. I would highly recommend this company for anyone.”
